東京科学大学では、超スマート社会の実現に向け、人材育成から研究開発、社会実装、新産業創出までを一体的に推進する取り組みを進めてきました。2025年4月からは全学的な新体制として Visionary Initiativesを導入し、研究成果の社会実装と新産業創出を組織的かつ継続的に推進しています。こうした取り組みのもと、本学は国際卓越研究大学に2026年1月23日付で正式に認定されました。

これを受けてこのたびVision Matching2026を企画いたします。本マッチングイベントは昨年までのマッチングワークショップを拡大発展させ、参加機関と大学が有するVisionを交流させ、背景にある課題認識や期待とともにNeedsとSeedsを共有・共鳴させる場を創出します。さらに単なるマッチングを超えた、実行可能性と継続性を伴う共創の芽を見出すことを目指します。

Science Tokyo has been promoting integrated initiatives aimed at realizing a Super Smart Society, spanning human resource development, research and development, social implementation, and the creation of new industries. In April 2025, the university introduced a new university-wide framework called the Visionary Initiatives, which systematically and continuously advances the social implementation of research outcomes and the creation of new industries. Under these efforts, the university was officially certified as an International Research Excellence University on January 23, 2026.

In light of this recognition, we are pleased to announce the planning of Vision Matching 2026. This matching event expands and evolves the matching workshops held in previous years, creating a platform for participating institutions and the university to exchange their respective visions. By sharing and resonating with the underlying challenges, expectations, needs, and seeds, the event aims to uncover opportunities for co-creation that go beyond simple matching—fostering ideas with both feasibility and sustainability.

Note: Participation in this workshop is required to enroll in the WISE-SSS, also Participating in this event is required for registration to the required course in the new graduate major in Super Smart Society, to be opened in April 2026.
